The delivery time can vary between 1 and 5 days depending on your location. However, you may receive your order sooner. We use the fastest delivery service depending on your country.
In special cases, there may be delays in deliveries which depend on the postal services and which are not our responsibility.
If you don’t receive your order within 10 days, we will refund you.
You can request a refund of part or all of your order under certain conditions:
- Items are damaged during delivery
- Items do not work
In this case, please send us an email specifying your request and explaining the context, our support service will contact you as soon as possible to process your request.
You have 12 hours after ordering to change your delivery address. To do so, please use the contact form or send us an email to the address: contact@western-factory.com
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track the delivery of your package.
The accepted means of payment are: bank card (Visa or Master Card) and PayPal.

Your bank information is not stored - The 3D secure protocol allows you to secure payment by identifying yourself with your bank.
No order can be canceled after payment. However, if you made a mistake either on the product variant (color, size, etc.) or on the delivery information (address, name, first name, etc.), you can contact us within 2 hours of validation of your order and we will modify it.
If your item was damaged during delivery, please contact us promptly to report it to us. Our customer service will ask you for a certain amount of information before confirming the validity of your request.
If all the conditions are checked, we will refund the amount of the damaged items.
